1. Lineal items sold by the foot or to nearest 1/16" can be calculated automatically using the "LENGTH:" syntax in the "Options" field.
2. "LENGTH:" syntax will prompt the program to read the number of inches in parentheses and use that value to increase the base price of the item.
3. The "Price" field must contain the price of the item for one lineal foot. LENGTH will NOT work if price is in Length option, such as Plus Pricing in Length option.
A. "2 feet (24")" will cause program to take amount in "Price" field / 12 x 24.
B. "LENGTH:" pricing method can be used in junction with Baseprice.
4. For items available in whole feet and/Inches and fractional inches, the following
should be used at the beginning of the option lines in the "Options" field.
A. "LENGTH: Feet & Inches" "Select one"
"1 FOOT (12")"
"1 Foot 1 inch (13")"
"1 foot 2 inches (14")" and so on.
B. "LENGTH: Fractional Inch" "Select one"
"1/16""
"2/8""
"3/16""
"1/4"" and so on
5. For items available in only whole feet and inches, the following should be used at the
beginning of the option line in the "Options" field.
A. "LENGTH: Length" "Select one"
"1 FOOT (12")"
"1 Foot 1 inch (13")"
"1 foot 2 inches (14")" and so on.
B. The feet & inches syntax cannot be used, because that syntax prompts the program
to look for a fractional amount to add to the baseprice. An error will occur and the
cart will not work properly.

similar to our customers, we only have to change the syntax.
