A shipping surcharge will be required. We will advise before shipping. Also see General Shipping Info. Built to Size at no Extra Charge: Design may vary slightly to accommodate your required door size. If we don't feel you'll be completely pleased with a particular design at a given size, we’ll advise before starting your door. (Oversize Fee if over 40" wide or 85" tall, as shown in Options.) Measuring Your Door Openings: We build your Doors to the exact measurements you provide. Follow this link for complete instructions. Premium Fiberglass Screening: Included! Our industry-standard aluminum screen frames allow local replacement if ever necessary. Unless otherwise requested, we’ll provide charcoal-colored fiberglass screening in bronze-finish (charcoal) frames. Options include gray fiberglass or natural aluminum wire screening and white or natural aluminum frames. Free samples are available. Premium 1" Thick Decorative Items: Included! This thickness adds more substance and durability than typical 3/4" thick decoratives. Additional Options such as Tempered Safety Glass Storm Panels, T-Astragal Moulding for Double Doors, Custom Designs, Pet Doors, and more are explained on our Options Page. Returns: Standard size doors may be returned within 21 days for a full refund of the merchandise amount if they have not been finished or altered in anyway. Custom sizes are also returnable for a 50% Return Fee if ordered in one of our standard woods and not over 1-3/8” thick, 40" wide, or 85" tall. Custom designs, non-standard woods, and oversized doors are not returnable unless made incorrectly. Your door should be protected by finishing all surfaces as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours of receipt. If the final protective finish coat is not applied within 21 days of receipt, or if door is improperly stored, we cannot replace due to bowing, warping, etc. (see Instructions sent with each door).
