Generally, unless noted otherwise, as long as you have not altered our product in any way (painting, pre-drilling holes, etc), it can be returned within 60 days of receipt. Once we receive it in good condition, we will issue a refund for the product amount. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund shipping and pay for return shipping.

Custom items, including custom sizes or lengths, and items in special woods (those not offered online for a given product) are not returnable unless made incorrectly. Interior Stair Parts and Polyurethane products will incur restocking fees of 15% and 20% respectively. Please contact us before returning any items.
