• Production, Assembly and Shipping.
• On the job paid training.
• Light woodworking equipment.
• Tools supplied.

Customer Service Representative
• Manage incoming calls.
• Process incoming online and phone orders.
• Provide accurate, valid & complete customer information using the right methods & tools.
• Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions & follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage the customer.
