We mill our wooden and synthetic tongue & groove V-Groove Board (also called Car Siding) the old-fashioned way, one board at a time, so the pattern will repeat perfectly when installed. (Actual product is very symetrical, despite our poor graphic.)

20 Standard Woods plus Cellular PVC

Choice of Materials
Available in a variety of Material Choices. The most economical hardwood is Poplar. We also make our V-Groove Board in AZEK® Cellular PVC.

Wainscot Caps
When applying wooden or synthetic V-Groove Board over existing walls as wainscoting you will need Wainscot Cap Moulding to expertly finish the top edge.

Extra Center V-Groove Option
We can put an extra V-Groove in the face of each board for an additional $0.15 per lineal foot plus ONE $15 fee per order. (These fees do NOT apply to Samples). These fees will NOT show on your online order nor on subsequent auto-generated emails, but we will manually adjust your final invoice to include them. Read about Extra Center V-Groove.
