ITEMS INCLUDED IN THIS KIT
Kit #1 includes all decorative items shown in above photo and listed below UNLESS you modify this Kit using the option dropdowns below:

Porch Posts, Traditional 5", (including Half Posts for use at walls) and appropriate base mounting hardware. Upgrade from Standard Hemlock to Cedar, Polyurethane Wood Core, or Polyethylene at the Porch Post dropdowns below.

Post Side Brackets, Sun Ray #5 (1123n8), 1" thick x 9-1/2" x 9-1/2" with 3/4" x 1-3/4" moulded frame

Post Face Brackets, Kirby (#1191), 1-1/2" thick x 7" projection. Free customization for a perfect fit!

Cornice Brackets, Riley #1551, 1-1/2" thick x 5-1/4" x 5-1/4". Installed below soffit.

Spandrels, 4-1/2" Ball & Dowel #4106, 4-1/2" tall including 3/4" x 1-1/2" moulded frame. Installed between Posts.

Beaded Rail, 2" deep x 1-1/4" tall #5611. Installed below Spandrels.

Running Trim, Open Fleur #2213, 3/4" x 2-1/2" plus 3/4" x 1-1/2" moulded top rail. Installed below Beaded Rail.

Balustrade Rails, Standard P2 Handrail/Beaded Sub-Rail/Sloped-top Bottom Rail SET
or upgrade to PVC Standard Handrail with Insert and PVC Regular Sloped-top Bottom Rail

Balusters, Standard SM-Traditional 2" Hemlock or upgrade to Classic Cedar 2" or Polyurethane 1-/1/2"


MINIMUM PORCH SPECIFICATIONS
to install Kit #1 as shown and as discussed at Quote/Order Instructions)
        A. Visible Front Face of Beam - at least 5-1/4" tall to accept shown Post Face and Cornice Brackets.
        B. Soffit - Should be perpendicular to Beam and extend at least 5-1/4" beyond front face of Beam to accept
             shown Post Face and Cornice Brackets.
        C. Minimum Height available for Porch Posts - 94" (or shorter with substituted Balusters)
             substituted.
If your porch doesn't meet one or more of the above specifications, don't worry! We have many easy workarounds. For example, we can substitute smaller Post Face and Cornice Brackets or shorter Balustrade. Please contact us to discuss your options after you've completed this page.
