Notice the use of Star Appliques in place of Repeating Cornice Brackets. These can be painted a contrasting color or left the same color as the Beam to which they are mounted.

These Texas Special Brackets were mounted horizontally. If you prefer, we can adjust the center star (which is sawn from the same piece of wood), so it will point straight up when the Bracket is installed horizontally.
