Porch Example #17
(nsnf)
Repeating Cornice Brackets are 24" o.c. here. Any more than that is probably too much. Porch Example #17 and #18 offer some interesting comparisons. This example uses a taller 28" Baluster (36" to top of Handrail), but since they're spaced 6" o.c., it works very well.
Post tops are only 20" long (since we've gone with a 36" base) but everything looks very nice. Tighter spacing of Repeating Cornice Brackets would give even more balance to the entire effect.
