Both Porch Example #11 and 12 show Running Trim used as Applique, but Porch Example #12 additionally illustrates the use of Running Trim between Repeating Cornice Brackets.

Here we've used a smaller 10" (12" including frame) size of Footed Crescent Bracket. However, the next larger size (#1111n15) would strengthen the arch effect these curved Brackets provide. See Porch Example #10 and notice the increased effectiveness the larger Cupid's Arrow Brackets gave to Porch Example #10.
