The regular 'Caption' field is included in YS's search function. For Item pages, we reserve Caption for SKU's, etc that we do NOT want visible on the page to a visitor, but which we'd like found with a Store Search. Text we want visible is inserted in the Visible-caption field.

NOTE - The regular Caption of a WM page should be left totally blank until just before a page is moved public. There are 2 reasons for this:
A. If there is anything in the regular Caption of a WM page, a Store search will find that WM page, something we don't want to happen.
B. If were doing a check for NSNF in the future and notice it in Caption (which occurs much higher on the edit page than Visible Caption), then the checker might not remember to check VC, which is the one that matters for Google, etc.

Some general rules are listed below:
1. Spaces
A. The standard at our website (and in our other materials) is 1 space between sentences.
B. Measurements should be typed as # space x space #.
Example: 2" x 6".
C. If measurements include fractions a dash should be used between whole numbers and fraction. Example: 17-3/4" x 26-1/2".

2. Be sure that you are clarifying exactly what we are offering.

3. Use appropriate html links and pop up windows as necessary.

4. Caption components to include in this order:
A. Dimensions, with thickness first, including frame size. If unframed so note.
B. Description of frame if included.

5. Use Horizontal Rules were applicable.
A. Standard Rule is a centered line about 40% of the page size in the color gray
B. HTML code = <center> <hr width="40%" color=gray> </center>
