Beaded Subrails

Subrail is an excellent choice for simplifed installation, hidden hardware, and additional Handrail height. The Subrails on this page can also be ordered with
P-series Handrails and Sloped-top Bottom Rails as Rail Sets.


Our Beaded Subrail includes an elegant single-bead design on each side. This bead is slightly off-centered vertically to work perfectly with the bottom channel of our P-2, P-3, or P-4 Handrails. When installed in the bottom channel of these Handrail's, the side bead will be centered on the exposed Subrail.

Beaded Subrail is also available with vertically centered side beads for use below Handrails that don't have a bottom channel. Please specify your choice below.

Optional Subrail Bottom Channel
A bottom channel will make installation of Sawn Balusters quite a bit easier. We can cut a centered 1/4" deep channel into the bottom of your Subrails for $0.29 per foot and ONE $20 Setup Fee per order. The channel width you specify below will accommodate Balusters of that same width. Bottom Channel fees will not show on your online order nor on subsequent auto-generated emails, but we will manually adjust your final invoice to include them.
